Product returns: You can exchange the product you purchased within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. We must be notified by email at jonysymeonidis@gmail.com or by phone at 2103310145. Returns that arrive at our store without prior notification will not be accepted. The products must be in their original perfect condition, show no signs of use and be accompanied by the proof of purchase. All returns are made exclusively with ACS courier and sent to our headquarters: Praxitelous 1, Athens 105 62

As soon as your return is received by our company we will contact you to proceed with the shipment of the new products.

Returns/changes related to a mistake by our company are made exclusively at our expense (we cover the return costs).

Returns/changes made for any other reason will incur a cost of €5 for Greece and €12 for abroad

Money Back: If you're not happy with your purchase, we'll refund your money. All above return terms apply. The refund is made within 14 calendar days of receipt of the product by us, reduced by the amount corresponding to shipping and return costs as well as bank charges if any. These costs in the case of a refund are borne by the customer.

We accept all credit cards or ship to Greece with COD at a cost of €5 and abroad at a cost of €12. If the product is prepaid and sent by registered mail WITHOUT REFUNDS, the cost for Greece is €3. There is a choice of payment method when completing the order.
